Im sorry

Im sorry i just dissapeared. Just as i was starting to feel better from the HG ( and dont worry, i AM getting better, i have several good days a week) But as i was getting better, and managed to gain back a lb out of the 17 i lost. My husband came home sick…
And me having no immune system…. Yeah i got it. And it couldent be a head cold, or something nice like that. NO it HAD to be a coughing chest cold. Which means i cough, and then vomit from the coughing. So ive lost the weight and have to do my best to keep from coughing hard. Its no fun.
So right now, once again, im down for the count.
However the baby has a good heartbeat of 145 and i can feel movement now. So all is good down there.

Lazy

Ive been quite lazy this past week. lol. Ive had a few sick days but nothing like what the first 3 months were like. I guess hitting the second trimester helped alot. Im not better, but im getting there right. I have good days and bad ones.
We finally got our tax returns back and we paid off our bills. Which was over half of the return. Andthen of course we had to splurge a little bit, with two meals out ( come on its been months!) and some new games for the WII. I love having games that we can play with the boy. Its alot of fun that way. Plus some pants for Brennan because he needed them. Which leaves us with a little under a thousand dollers left. Which im trying to stick into savings, but you know how it goes. we have more bills coming up, which is the way life is. But we will muddle through it all. Always do.
Anyway life is going on, still the middle of winter, which sucks alot. I hate winter lol. Spring is still a month away, and it cant come fast enough for me…

For insperation, i remembered a song i used to sing in school. Lullaby ( good night my angel) by Billy Joel. I love singing that song to my kids at night now. I loved it when i heard it 12 years ago. But it really inspired me. I dug ( and i MEAN DUG!) up Brennans sleeping baby photos. You know, my wild almost 5 year old. I had to download my own photos out of my photobucket from all those years ago hehe! But here they are, two of my favorite sleeping photos of Brennan.

Ups and Downs

For those of you who are following my pregnancy.

im having alot of ups and downs. Some days i feel almost human again, and others i just wish i was asleep. In a black room with water running. Its pretty rough when im down.

I had stopped taking my medication in hopes of weaning myself off it, but that wasnt a very smart choice. I was getting sicker and mor dehydrated, so i think im just going to continue taking the meds. I have more up days when i do that.

In good news. im 14 weeks now. Safely into the second trimester. Next week i have another OB visit, ill be getting labs drawn and im going to talk to him about Thyroid issues. I was told that ladies with Thyroid issues often have pregnancies complicated by HG. Its by NO means a cause of HG, but it is something that was noted as possible to make it worse. Seeing my mother, grandmother and every Aunt ( 4 of them) on my moms side have had thyroid issues. ( my mothers was burned out years ago and im pretty sure several of my aunts were as well) its possible i am having thyroid issues. Worth looking into. Seeing they are sucking down my blood anyway, why not ask for that test too hehe.

At my next appointment, i also get to schedual my “BIG’ ultrasound. Or so im pretty sure. It wont be for another month, BUT its exciting! If not this one next week, the the one following. Either way, its coming up here in the next 4-5 weeks. I really hope its a girl.

Anyway, there is a mini update. I had alot of clamoring for Belly Photos.  So i figured i would share what i look like at 13.5 weeks.

Its a terrible shot, just me in my bedroom mirror with my point and shoot. BUT thats me. Not showing at all. I g uess im lucky this time around, maybe i wont get so big with this one.

Ryan came over last night. My husbands longest standing friend is a freelance computer  geek… um tech.He went into photoshop for me and figured out a new way ( not fixed it) for me to make transparent layers. SOOOO i can go back to making freebies for my lovely designers! and as im feeling alot better this past week, i should be able to go back to work with them very soon!

HEart Beat

I heard the HB today.
153 and so loud and strong.

I can finally really get excited about the baby, and start to believe that in August, ill have my third baby!

My big mouth right?

Only i would get so excited and write about having a great day. And it was a great day.

Only to follow with a really shitty one.

Migranes, vomiting. masses of weakness.

I made dinner tonight, my almost one pot wonder. fried rice lol. I make everything but the add in meat ( ham tonight) and eggs in one pan. Im so good. Almost passed out cooking though. It was hard. I was trying to teach Tony how to get it done. I think he got the idea in any event. Made it with too much water, so the rice was rather sticky. That happens with long grain. Ohh wells.

Dr appointment wensday. Please hear the bebe heartbeat. Or its another US for me.

No more bleeding. not for almost 2 weeks now. Thank heavens!

My parents leave on Sunday for thier vaccation ( flordia again), so they are going to take the boys from tomarrow after school, untill Saturday, well maybe Friday. Depending. So they get their kid fix before they go lol.

Anyway yeah…. No more bragging. I promise that….
