Apperently there are more blood types then i knew about. I mean more then your normal A, B, AB, and O. Apperently you can have a blood type of RH. Really, come as a shock to you as well?
See i know all about being RH incompatable. It happens when you have a child, you have a negative blood type, and the child has a positive one. But I didnt know that you can actually HAVE a blood type of RH.

Pretty silly huh?

Some people just get to me. Even when presented with Facts they continue to foster their strange little imaginational ideas which just arent true. But hey… You cant change the worlds mind about anything. So this person is going to continue with her pregnancy. Hopefully when she goes into labor and tells the hospital, but my blood type is RH. Someone higher up will correct her. While doing a proper blood test screening.

You can visit the link above to read all about blood types, but i tell you, my head starts swimming after a while. But i did manage to read enough to confirm that the only blood types there are, is A, B, AB, and O with positives or negatives with them.  But here is the exceprt about RH compatability.

The RhD antigen is also important in determining a person’s blood type. The terms “positive” or “negative” refer to either the presence or absence of the RhD antigen irrespective of the presence or absence of the other antigens of the Rhesus system. Anti-RhD is not usually a naturally occurring antibody as the Anti-A and Anti-B antibodies are. Cross-matching for the RhD antigen is extremely important, because the RhD antigen is immunogenic, meaning that a person who is RhD negative is very likely to make Anti-RhD when exposed to the RhD antigen (perhaps through either transfusion or pregnancy). Once an individual is sensitised to RhD antigens their blood will contain RhD IgG antibodies which can bind to RhD positive RBCs and may cross the placenta.

For the record. I am NOT RH imcompatable. :) Just had to share the funny.

And by all means if im wrong. If i read the website WRONG please let me know. Because EVERY chart on there only had the normal blood types listed and refered to the RH as the positive or negative.

Spoilt

My kids are spoiled. Very much so spoiled. My father adores having grandkids. I mean to the point, he is the grandparent that always wants his grandkids to spend the night, sinks tons of money into mostly whatever they want. My son would prefer to spend time with his grammy and papa then come home to me. And why not, they feed them fast food, ice cream and whatever else they want.

Today he took us all into the city. He was just going to take B. But he threw a fit wanting C to go, so we all went. It was a nice little trip. Some fast food for lunch, ice cream and a lollypop for each kid later. My poor kids are wired from not being used to getting that kind of food and happy to be with their grandfather. So happy that after the 4h ours of going to the city, they stuck with him for a few MORE hours. Such a goose.

My parents really love my boys. And im so happy that i have my parents in my life to be a part of my childrens lives. My  bio father wasnt in my life, nor was Tonys bio father in his. We both have great stepfathers who have been great dads to us. And im so thankful that we have great men in our lives, in my stepfathers case, who at 23 took on a woman, who had a 4(ish) year old and a 3(ish) year old, and stuck with us for 20 years.  And now, regaurdless of blood, my kids are his grandkids. That makes a great person.

My boys are very lucky indeed to have SOOO many family members who love them. Even his parents consider themselves my boys great grandkids. Considering Dons sister has 3 kids of her own ,and none have kids. My kids are their great grandkids and B calls them GG and Grandpa. Because grandpas are papas here.

:) From today.
